Ingredients:
- 125g softened butter
- 125g caster sugar
- 2 medium eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 125g self raising flour
- 2 tablespoon milk
Directions:
1. Beat together the butter and sugar in a bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy.
2. Add one egg at a time and beat after each addition until fully incorporated, add the vanilla extract and mix to combine.
3. Sift the flour into the mixture and add the milk and beat until the mixture is smooth.
