Beef Soup


Ingredients:


  • Beef leg or Beef bone cut into small pieces
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 Big onion
  • A Half of papaya or a small papaya
  • 2 potatoes
  • 5 gloves of garlic chopped nicely and fry till the colour gets brown and keep aside
  • 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of Fish sauce

Directions:


1. Boiling the beef leg or beef bone with Big whole onion with the slowest heat for two to three hours.

2. Use the soup to boil again on cooker with full heat and then put Carrot, Potatoes, salt and fish sauce.

3. Reduce the heat and let it cook for half an hour and then serve on the bowl topping by fried garlic.
