Ingredients:
- 1 Egg
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 3-1/2 measures of cornflakes, smashed
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken bosoms, cut into chunk estimated pieces
- 1/4 container grill sauce, ketchup, or mustard for plunging sauce
- Non-stick cooking splash
Directions:
1. Preheat stove to 400° F.
2. Whisk the egg and drain together in a little blending dish with a fork.
3. Place cornflakes in a plastic sack; smash.
4. Dunk chicken pieces in egg blend, then shake with cornflakes to coat.
5. Put covered chicken on a preparing sheet covered with non-stick cooking splash.
6. Deliberately put dish in broiler and prepare for 15 minutes.
7. Deliberately expel the preparing skillet from the stove.
8. Serve pieces with grill, ketchup, or mustard plunging sauce.
