Espresso is coffee brewed by forcing a small amount of nearly boiling water under pressure through finely ground coffee beans. Espresso is generally thicker than coffee brewed by other methods, has a higher concentration of suspended and dissolved solids, and has cream on top (a foam with a creamy consistency). As a result of the pressurized brewing process, the flavours and chemicals in a typical cup of espresso are very concentrated. Espresso is also the base for other drinks such as a caffè latte, cappuccino, caffè macchiato, cafe mocha, or caffè Americano. Espresso has more caffeine per unit volume than most coffee beverages, but because the usual serving size is much smaller, the total caffeine content is less than a mug of standard brewed coffee, contrary to a common belief. Ingredients:
- some chilly water
- 2 tablespoon of Ground coffee espresso
- 1/2 teaspoon of Cinnamon stick (3" long)
- 4 tablespoon of Cream de cacao
- 2 tablespoon of Brandy
- 2 tablespoon of Whipping cream, chilled
- 1 teaspoon of Grated semisweet chocolate
Directions:
2. Break cinnamon stick into little pieces and add to hot coffee. Permit to cool for 1 minute.
3. Include cream de cacao and liquor, and blend tenderly. Fill charming demitasse glasses. Whip the cream, and buoy some cream on top of every container.
4. For looks, trim with ground chocolate or extravagant chocolate brief. Increase extents by six and it's ideal for a gathering. Serve it!!!
