Beef meatballs


Ingredients:


  • 350 grams of beef, beef can use existing mill
  • 2 tablespoons corn flour
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 ½ teaspoons seasoning
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • Pepper

Directions:


1. Add meat, salt, fish sauce, baking powder and corn flour into meat grinder and grind it.

2. Take the meat out and put into a plastic bag. Cut the head of a plastic bag into small bag in order to squeeze out meatball in a round shape.

3. During the merger meatballs, boiled water, add salt and sugar. Boiled meatballs, cook for 5 minutes and then pour out.
